Job Description

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during consultations and procedures.
• Attend to patient queries and help create a comfortable clinic experience.

Requirements

• At least abachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including 4+ years in a technical roleand 4+ years in project management. Certifications in PMP or equivalent will bean added advantage.
• Strong understanding of modern IT technologies, methodologies, and best practices
• Experienced in both SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge andexperience in IIS Server, Visual Studio 2016/2019 and MS SQL Server T-SQL.
• Relevant experience in Outsystems, .NET Core, CRM products such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce, Data Analytics Tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Qlik and/or Tableau, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or RPA UIPath, and Microsoft Platform will be an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to identify issues and provide efficient and effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
