Job Summary

The Sales Support Executive plays a critical role in supporting the Sales and Operations teams by ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales personnel, production, procurement, and project execution. Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Client Support

- Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, installers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

4. Operations Support

- Assist the Operations Manager in tracking project status and ensuring all departments meet their commitments.

- Follow up with internal teams and clients for confirmations, approvals, drawings, materials, delivery schedules, and site readiness.

- Prepare weekly project progress reports and update management regularly.

Key Responsibilities:
