QUALIFICATIONS

• NITEC,Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent technical certification in Engineering,Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline preferred.

• Minimum1–3 years of engineering or maintenance experience, preferably within hospitality or commercial buildings.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

•Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures and engineering safety practices.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays where required.

•Knowledge of fire safety systems and workplace safety regulations is advantageous.
