Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end tendering processes, including bid strategy, risk assessment, pricing coordination, and submission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive construction management experience and tendering, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven experience managing complex mid-to-large scale or interior fit out commercial building projects.
