What you'll be doing

What you'll be doing

• Manage and maintain customer accounts, including processing orders, handling inquiries, and providing regular updates

• Preparing and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Reconciling bank statements and ensuring the accuracy of financial records

We are looking for QS to join our Team! We are currently expanding our team for upcoming Industrial Park / High-Rise projects in KL and JB and need a sharp QS to help us protect the bottom line.

Industry: Construction / Surveying

Position: Full-time

What you’ll be doing:What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage full set post-contract (Progress Claims, VOs, Final Accounts). Handle documentation, reports & coordination, Attend site visits & meetings when required.
• Liaise with sub-cons and consultants for tender evaluation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software.
