Tanggungjawab Kerja

• Menjalankan lawatan pasaran secara berkala untuk memantau aktiviti, harga dan trend pesaing.
• Menyediakan dan menghantar laporan jualan, maklumat terkini pelanggan dan analisis pasaran tepat pada masanya.
• 6 Mencapai sasaran jualan dan KPI yang ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan.
• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan dalaman (logistik, pemasaran, kewangan) untuk memastikan kelancaran pemenuhan pesanan dan kepuasan pelanggan.
• Mengendalikan pertanyaan pelanggan, maklum balas dan menyelesaikan masalah dengan segera.
• Mengesyorkan aktiviti dan strategi promosi untuk mengembangkan bahagian pasaran di kawasan yang ditugaskan.
• Memastikan kutipan bayaran yang betul mengikut dasar kredit syarikat.

Keperluan Kerja

• Boleh menghadiri latihan pengetahuan produk untuk bulan pertama bekerja setiap hari bekerja di pejabat Johor Bahru.
• Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang jualan, sebaik-baiknya dalam industri FMCG.
• Berbilang bahasa dalam Bahasa Inggeris, Mandarin dan Melayu (Bahasa Mandarin ialah bahasa lazim yang digunakan antara pihak dalaman dan luaran).

Responsible for driving sales growth in the Muar & Segamat areas by identifying new business opportunities, expanding customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Job Responsibilities

• Process invoice for payment on time.
• Maintain monthly billing report for domestics transport and wareshousing
• Update monthly master data for systems maintenance.
• Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request.
