  Participates in the development of policies and programs directed toward patient and family education

  Assists in National Nutrition Education Week projects

Directs Diet Aides in daily duties and offers in-service education

  Participates in patient care plan meetings, support groups as requested   or deemed necessary, and Dietary Department management meetings

• Monitor excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory, and provide feedback to the Business Development team.
• Prepare monthly delivery forecasts and production plans.
• Track production progress and revise schedules when necessary.
• Maintain accurate planning data in the SAP system.
• Prepare planning, inventory, and delivery reports.
• Support continuous improvement of planning and delivery performance.
