The Deputy M&E Director is responsible for the full coordination of M&E services; lead our own in-house M&E Production Team and Coordinators in ensuring smooth installation and maintenance of the project.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre build, from planning and permitting through commissioning and handover, ensuring timeline, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Manage and coordinate MEP scopes with all interfaces, services and trade.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University.
• At least 15 years of proven M&E work experience with A1 main contractor, managing full-cycle large scale and complex buildings projects (e.g. Commercial Offices, Data Centers, Mixed Development, Condominiums and etc).
• Advanced knowledge, experience and skills in M&E systems and services.

Job Purpose

Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Marketing & Sales, Asia Pacific with secondary dotted line reporting to the Regional CEO, this role is responsible for the driving and successful management, coordination and delivery of the various regional sales and growth initiatives and agenda, monitoring key cross-functional initiatives and ensuring execution consistency in line with the regional, global and Group strategies.

Key Responsibilities

As Manager, Sales Project Management, the key tasks include:

• Responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of programs/initiatives and monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions and escalations where required
