• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience, in a business analysis / project / program management function; must have Finance Industry experience
• Project management skills including project scope definition; project issues, challenges, risks definition; status reporting; User Acceptance Test execution
• A proven track record of scoping and driving delivery of projects. Has delivered results in a cross functional team setting, on time and to budget
• Strong analytical and business analysis experience, including process analysis
• Extensive leadership experience demonstrated through empowerment, situational awareness, increasing transparency and conflict resolution on a large-scale program
• Must be hands-on, able and willing to work with teams while coaching them to reach efficient and effective performance levels

ICE Data Services delivers high-quality content, connectivity, and execution services through an ultra-secure, highly resilient global network. We are looking for an innovative and dynamic subject matter expert to lead business development for our ICE Global Network (IGN) and Consolidated Feeds services across the Asia Pacific region. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders — including Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Marketing teams — as well as external clients, prospects, and partners, the Business Development Director will drive meaningful commercial growth. The role is central to helping clients access a broad universe of low-latency, aggregated, and normalized multi-asset financial information sourced from hundreds of global venues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and relationship management teams to drive revenue growth and identify cross-selling opportunities across ICE's broader suite of services.
