• Overall in-charge of the kitchen department ensuring the preparation of high quality meals in accordance to company standards, menu specification and production schedules

Key Responsibilities:

1. High Performance Planning & Systems Development

1.1 Develop and drive a High Performance Plan (within six months of commencement of employment) to deliver an overall objective of continued podium success based on the agreed upon key performance indicators and the “National High Performance Sports’ Visions & Ambitions” at the Major Games and international/continental competitions.

1.2 Periodic review of the established High Performance Plan for continuous improvement, adapting to environmental/situational changes within the local and international Silat scene.

1.3 Contribute to, and/or prepare the selection policies for the nomination of athletes for Major Games, Major Championships and competitions including tiering of overseas competitions for national junior athletes’ representation for exposure.

1.4 Lead and co-ordinate the selection process of athletes to represent Singapore at Major Games, Major Championships and competitions, in consultation with the National Coaches and JMC.

1.5 Conduct and provide a report on post-games and/or post-competition performance review for future competition preparation.

3. Quality Daily Training Environment

3.2 Contribute to the review and performance planning of the Multi-Year Periodized Training Plan and Yearly Planning Instrument of the National Squad, ensuring quality integration of performance servicing such as sports science and sports medicine support.

4. Coach Education & Capability Development

4.1 Develop a holistic and comprehensive Coaching Pathway Plan which enables the growth of all attributes of a high-performance coach and coaching expertise for the promotion of Silat, and the development of medal-winning elite athletes (all levels).

Job Title: Senior Director, Technology Delivery (IT)
Location: Singapore (CBD / Changi Business Park / One-North)
Reporting to: Global Delivery Head
Portfolio Size: 
Manage a portfolio of size SGD 20M – SGD 100M+ with a team size of 400+ (including offshore and vendor teams)

1. Core Purpose
To serve as the ultimate accountable lead for the successful delivery of all IT initiatives across the organization or a specific business vertical (e.g., Wealth Management, Public Sector, or E-commerce). You ensure that the "Delivery Machine" is scalable, secure, and aligned with Singapore's regulatory frameworks

2. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Portfolio Governance:
Oversee a portfolio of concurrent large-scale programs (e.g., Core Banking transformation, AI-driven customer platforms, or Cloud-native migrations).
Chair Steering Committees and provide transparent, high-level reporting to the Board or Global Executive Leadership.

Efficiency Mandates: Implementing AI-augmented development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, automated QA agents) to achieve a year-on-year 15-20% reduction in "Cost-per-Story-Point."

Operational & Financial Excellence:
Own the P&L for the delivery organization, managing headcount, vendor contracts, and infrastructure costs.
Drive "Delivery Efficiency" metrics—reducing Time-to-Market and improving Deployment Frequency through advanced DevOps and AI-assisted engineering.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Act as a "Trusted Advisor" to Business Heads (MDs/SVPs) to translate their vision into executable technical roadmaps.
Manage strategic partnerships with Tier-1 vendors (AWS, Microsoft, SAP, NCS) and offshore delivery centers.

Compliance & Risk Leadership:
Ensure all delivery practices meet Singapore’s Cybersecurity Act and Technology Risk Management (TRM) guidelines.
Lead the "Recovery and Resilience" strategy for critical digital services.
