• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation to support operational excellence and risk mitigation.
• Manage user lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, access control, and governance.

Project Delivery & Enhancements

• Lead and support application-related projects including system rollouts, enhancements, and integrations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery.
• Support system migration, testing, validation, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilisation (hypercare).

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage external vendors and partners to ensure timely issue resolution and quality delivery.
• Track vendor performance, resource utilisation, and escalate risks proactively.
• Communicate effectively with business stakeholders on system performance, risks, and project updates.

Technical & Integration Oversight

• Support and troubleshoot integrations including APIs and EDI interfaces.
• Interpret technical specifications (e.g. XML, JSON) and coordinate issue resolution across systems.
• Maintain working knowledge of all business applications and ensure team capability across systems.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive adoption of systems and standardisation of processes across business units.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, including low-code/no-code platforms, to enhance delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience, including leadership in application support and delivery.
• Proven experience managing enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, or WMS.
• Strong experience in vendor management, including offshore teams and service providers.
• Knowledge of API and EDI integrations, with hands-on exposure to tools such as Postman.
• Ability to understand and work with XML/JSON interface specifications.
• Experience in IT service management (ITSM) processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to supply chain, demand planning, or operational systems.
• Experience in regional or multi-country system rollouts.
• Proven track record in driving system stability, uptime, and continuous improvement initiatives.
