Job Purpose

The Assistant Business Development Manager supports the growth and expansion of the Company's Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) business by identifying opportunities, managing tender submissions, developing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Tender Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering Services, or related industries.
• Experience in preparing tenders and proposals for Facilities Management or Integrated Facilities Management services will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with government procurement portals and tendering processes is preferred.

• Provide HR support and guidance to line managers on a wide range of HR matters such as talent acquisition, benefits and learning & development, performance management, compliance and the successful execution of HR programs and initiatives

• Hands-on to handle the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle, HR Operations, Payroll and Budgeting and Third Party Outsourced Vendors

• Perform the Annual Outsourcing Review on the serviced providers in accordance with MAS Outsourcing Guidelines and Head Office’s Requirement

• Formulate, review, update and maintain HR Policies and Procedures to align with market practice

• Drive the recruitment with the line managers, handle the end-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing, offer and negotiation

• Responsible for the full on-boarding of new hires, maintenance of employee personal files and off-boarding for leavers

• Responsible for preparing and submitting the reports to Head Office and the labour market surveys to the regulators promptly

• Create new joiner records and update the staff training record in Workday

Overall Job Objectives:

We are looking for a reliable and innovative Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our branch. In this role, you will assist in ensuring quality service, profitability, and a memorable dining experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for managing operational records, addressing customer feedback, and fostering collaboration between team members.

Candidate must be very personable who is well capable of running a fast-paced operation doing 2-3 turns for each meal period while building long lasting relationships. They must have a stable experience of minimum 2 years in all their past roles as we are building a team for the long run. Core Responsibilities:

• Mainly assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing and managing the branch.

• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues

• Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices

• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations

• Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff

• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus

Job Specifications:
