The role involves regular communication and delivery to stakeholders across the APAC region; therefore, the ability to deliver in at least one additional APAC market language (e.g. Chinese, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, or Korean) is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales or commercial training, Learning & Development, Commercial capability building within healthcare, pharma, biopharma, plasma, or medical devices.
• Proven experience in working in an international corporate environment and delivering and optimizing global harmonized training programs.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes and field execution
