Job Summary

The Operations Manager has a key role in infrastructure and logistics management, as well as upholding and maintaining the safety and security of the school. This role ensures that systems, resources, and services are effectively managed to support students with special needs, enabling educators and therapists to focus on delivering high-quality education and care. The Operations Manager works closely with school leadership to maintain compliance with Singapore regulations and to create a safe, inclusive, and efficient learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations & Logistics Management

• Oversee day-to-day school operations and provide logistical support for school activities, meetings and events
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows
• Ensure efficient allocation and utilisation of school resources

2. Facilities & Safety Management

• Manage school facilities, ensuring accessibility and safety for staff and students with diverse needs
• Supervise and manage the maintenance, repairs, renovations, cleaning, and security services
• Ensure school compliance with health, hygiene and safety regulations and implement school safety protocols including emergency preparedness and evacuation plans
• Provide staff training on safe equipment and product usage to maintain hygiene and safety

3. Procurement & Contract Management

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Facilities, Hospitality or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations or facilities management

• Possess certification as a Fire Safety Manager (FSM) or meet the entry requirements for FSM course
