Primary responsibilities involve developing, implementing and executing TWG Tea sales action plans and strategies, to maintain positive current client relationships that are sustainable and beneficial to our Organization as well as developing new clients to contribute to the growth of our business. Primary Relationships

The position reports directly to the Sales Directors or Senior Sales Managers and indirectly to the Chief Corporate Officer.

· Prepare timely and accurate management accounts

· Prepare and maintain full sets of financial reports

· Prepare reports on monthly results/variances for financial review

· Prepare monthly cash flow projection

· Prepare reports in accordance to statutory requirements

· Prepare yearly budgeting and forecasting

· Prepare and update business plans and performance review

· Prepare contract terms & conditions including company legal documents

· Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisors

Audit and Taxation

· Prepare and collate information for statutory audit and tax filing matters including liaising with professionals

· Draft financial statements for respective entities

· Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations and timelines

Requirements:

· Accountancy Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.

· A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in handling full Spectrum of Finance and Accounting function

· Knowledge of Retail operations is an asset

· Experienced in handling external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities

· Meticulous and detailed

· Committed and able to work independently without supervision

· Proactive attitude, problem solver

· Proficiency in XERO
