HURAIAN TUGAS:

1. Melayan aduan pelanggan dan maklum balas terhadap aduan.

2. Susulan tindakan pembetulan dan pencegahan yang telah diambil.

3. Jadualkan audit subkontrak dan susulan dengan subkontraktor mengenai isu kualiti.

4. Menjalankan mesyuarat kualiti bulanan dan mesyuarat antara jabatan.

5. Luluskan lot ujian.

6. Berhubung dengan pelanggan.

7. Menilai & mengakui pensijilan (penentukuran).

8. Memantau aktiviti 6S/kaizen.

9. Kelulusan untuk output dan sasaran kerja.
