Job Summary

Join HDI Global SE Singapore as a Market Management Intern (6-Month Internship) to support the Market Management team in driving business development and market engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

• Support the coordination of HDI’s participation in conferences, sponsorships, and industry events
• Assist in the planning and execution of market events, webinars, and workshops for brokers and business partners
• Manage sourcing, ordering, and inventory tracking of branded merchandise
• Assist in developing and updating branding and communication materials, including publications, LinkedIn content, presentations, and company profiles

Sales & Distribution

• Assist in maintaining and updating sales pipeline and distribution data using Excel and CRM systems
• Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and management meetings
• Provide administrative support to business development activities where required

Market Intelligence

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, brokers, and target clients to support strategic initiatives

Client Engagement

• Support the preparation of meeting materials and follow-up actions for client and partner engagements

Required Competencies and Qualifications

About the Role:

Paula's Choice SEA is looking for a Social& Community Intern to support our Assistant Manager, Social & Community across two exciting functions: social media and PR & KOL. This is a hands-on, learn-by-doing role, you'll be in the thick of content planning, influencer coordination, and campaign execution across five markets in Southeast Asia.

You'll be working directly alongside one person who owns both the social and PR/KOL remit for the region. That means real exposure, real responsibility, and real variety, no two days will look the same.

What you’ll do:

Social Media Support

·       Assist in building and maintaining monthly social media content calendars across TikTok (SG, MY,PH)

Academia is seeking enthusiastic Curriculum Development and Teaching Interns. This is an opportunity for undergraduates and post-JC students who are interested in teaching and education. Interns will work with the team to develop comprehensive and structured instructional materials, teaching and learning plans, and assessments to evaluate student progress. Additionally, interns will have opportunities to develop classroom management and teaching skills.

Job Description

• Work with the curriculum team at Academia, to develop and update educational materials for students of varying levels
• Assist teachers with their classes, including student management and differentiated instruction
• Mark and review students’ work
• Positions are available for Primary English, Secondary O-Level and IP English, and JC General Paper
• Credit-based internship applications are welcome.

Profile and background

• Strong proficiency in the English language is essential. English majors and undergraduates majoring in the humanities and social sciences are typically a good fit for this role, but we have had excellent interns from a range of different academic backgrounds.
• Curriculum development will require the ability to work independently and synthesise content and research materials from various sources.
• We do expect that candidates possess effective communication skills and a good work ethic.
• We accept both full-time and part-time interns. Candidates who are able to work at least 1 weekend will be prioritised.
• Interns should deploy creativity, meticulousness and rigor when developing educational content, in line with the high standards of the organisation
