Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar investment advisory at a private bank covering UHNW clients, and wealth management and strong stakeholder management experience, are required.

• Strong knowledge of investment products with the ability to extend beyond a single product to a multi-product focus

• Asset allocation / multi asset class portfolio or sales experience is preferable

• Understand and have working knowledge of the private banking key regulatory and control environments that are relevant to the team and be able to manage the accounts accordingly.

• Operate with a high level of integrity and risk awareness.

• Take ownership of features – Own the features that you develop, with guidance from senior engineers
• Participate in architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and performance.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate would have:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic programming fundamentals - Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
• Exposure to Python - Academic or personal project experience with Python (Flask/FastAPI exposure is a plus)
• Frontend fundamentals - Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript; any experience with React or similar frameworks is beneficial
• Database basics - Understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and basic SQL queries
• Problem-solving mindset - Ability to break down problems, ask good questions, and work through challenges with support
• Communication skills - Ability to articulate technical concepts and ask for help when needed
• Team player - Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and collaborate effectively

Learning Scope:

Client Relations

• Take charge of handling tuition requests via Forms, Social Media Platforms & WhatsApp
• Ask clients the right questions to gather information efficiently
• Address clients' queries and concerns that they might have
• Transfer clients' requirements into a concise job-post format
• Provide after-sales service to clients (and tutors)
• Monthly check-in on existing client base for any feedback, staying connected and maintaining good relations with them

Tutor Relations:

• Broadcasting assignments via automated outreach channels (Email, Telegram, etc.) to our database of 50,000+ tutors
• Apply filters (eg. Location, Tutor Type, Qualifications) to tag each assignment to the correct target audience
• Assist in shortlisting, profiling, and marketing tutors in a way which captures the client's attention based on their needs
• Assist tutors with technical issues & application processing
• Clarification of agency's commission & policies to tutors

Business to Business (B2B):

• Take charge of MindFlex's B2B arm and work with tuition centres, government agencies & educational institutes.
• Schedule interviews (phonecall, online, face-to-face) between tutors and organisations
• Manage confirmation contracts & invoices for clients
• Provide after-sales service to clients (and tutors)

Internal Processes:

• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfil the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations, ensure good customer handover between colleagues
• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Other Administrative Or Ad-hoc Tasks Related To Marketing Or Business Development:

• Analyse company's past data, to forecast trends and assist in Business Development plans
• Creation of content and visuals, and organising data to grow the company’s online presence and improve SEO
• Participate in team huddles in strategy building for the company's operations, process streamlining, automation and new revenue streams
