We are looking for an experienced Operations Support Engineer to support the reliability, availability, and performance of a business-critical internal application. In this role, you will provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, working closely with software engineers, product managers, infrastructure teams, and vendors to resolve production issues, improve operational processes, and ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, including code-level troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy, Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or similar platforms.

• Experience modifying models beyond configuration-level changes, including architectures, backbones, heads, loss functions, or training pipelines.
• Experience designing experiments, conducting ablation studies, analysing model performance, and debugging failure cases.
• Familiarity with multimodal, vision-language, foundation, or open-vocabulary models.
• Experience with model optimisation techniques such as quantisation, pruning, or distillation.
• Familiarity with experiment tracking, reproducibility, and structured machine learning workflows.

• Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Pump and Equipment Distributor
• Position Title: Sales Engineer (Industrial Pumps and Equipment)
• Working Location: Central – 7 minutes walking distance from Farrer Park MRT
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am-5.30 pm) Sat half day once a month
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Phone Allowance +AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand existing customer accounts
• Respond to sales inquiries, provide sales support, and handle site-related matters
• Visit customers at their workplace or office
• Assist in monitoring customer payments
• Perform any other duties assigned

• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field, with sales development experience considered a plus.

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
