Role & Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages, websites, and digital funnels for our brands (e.g. Margin Wheeler, Swiftly)
• Optimise UI/UX with a strong focus on conversion rate (CRO) and user behaviour
• Translate business goals into clear, intuitive, and effective web designs
• Work closely with marketing and management to refine messaging, layout, and user flow
• Continuously test and improve designs based on performance data and insights
• Ensure consistency in branding, design systems, and user experience across all digital touchpoints
• Stay updated on modern design trends, UX principles, and high-performing web patterns

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in web design, UI/UX, or related fields
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, websites, or conversion-focused designs
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user behaviour, UX principles, and conversion optimisation
• Ability to think beyond aesthetics and design with business outcomes in mind
• High attention to detail, with strong ownership over work quality
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Bonus (not required but advantageous):

• Experience with A/B testing or CRO tools

About the team

The Generative AI Innovation Center will guide customers in figuring out what business needs Generative AI can address, identify and prioritize new use cases based on business value, and implement innovative and practical solutions along with steps to scale. Based on our customers maturity with Generative AI, the Generative AI Innovation Center will provide custom demos and proofs-of-concepts. When customers are ready to deploy solutions into production or need help in a sustained manner, the Generative AI Innovation Center will transition work to ProServe teams or to a partner. SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER

We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to play a lead role in the design and development of the Web UI architecture for our low latency, high-performance electronic trading system.

Responsibilities

· Successful candidates will lead the initial build out by working closely with server-side development team to build a new Web UI.

Who we are seeking:
