• Oversee the design, installation, configuration, integration and testing of comprehensive security systems, such as CCTV, access control, gate barriers, Public Address System, intercom and intrusion detection alarms.
• Lead subcontractor kickoff meetings to align project objectives, schedule, timeline, installation and commissioning standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders regarding project progress, actionable reporting and data analysis.
• Make strategic decisions within managed portfolios to promptly resolve issues and uphold project integrity.
• Responsible for new projects, A&A works, deployment of emerging technologies and solution delivery.
• Handle quotations for Globe Customers, Additional Alteration works, repairs, and replacements.
• Deliver ongoing technical and operational support to customers.
• Coordinate with contractors and third parties on system integration and project implementation.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure workplace safety by reviewing risk assessments onsite, conducting toolbox meetings, and performing regular PPE Inspections for service engineers and technicians.
• Identify, coach, develop and conduct performance reviews with direct report staff.
• Coordinate with service engineering teams to fulfill customer service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain positive client relationships.
• Review contract costing to ensure profitability.
• Submit all operational, incident, and management reports promptly.
• Create O&M manuals, handover checklists, payment schedule and delivery orders for projects, ensure documentations are signed or certified by customer and submit timely to finance for billing purposes.
• Follow up with customers regarding surveys, progress claim and outstanding payments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree in Computer, Electronics/ Electrical/ IT Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar filed.
• Demonstrates strong teamwork abilities, work independently and excels under pressure.
• Exhibits a positive attitude with a willingness to learn, initiative and sound decision making skills.
• Responsible with effective supervisory capabilities.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook email.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Audit Compliance & Technical Managerto join our firm’s quality and risk management team. This individual will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the firm’s System of Quality Management (SoQM), monitoring compliance with ethical and professional standards, and providing technical guidance to audit teams.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a Big Four or mid-tier audit firm, particularly within compliance, risk, or technical functions. A strong understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and ACRA's Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Independence & Compliance Monitoring

• Conduct ongoing compliance monitoring and testing, including personal independence compliance testing, to assess adherence to ACRA's Code of Ethics and firm policies.
• Assist in the management of the firm’s annual compliance confirmation process and related independence declarations.
• Monitor and track compliance with relevant regulations, ethical requirements, and firm policies across functions.
• Identify trends, gaps, and potential compliance risks, and propose corrective or preventive actions.
• Maintain up-to-date awareness of changes in Singapore’s regulatory and ethical framework and support the firm’s response to these developments.

2. System of Quality Management (SoQM) Implementation

• Support the firm in enhancing and operationalising its SoQM in accordance with SSQM 1.
• Assist in the drafting, enhancement and documentation of firm-wide policies, procedures, and quality objectives.
• Participate in the design and execution of the firm’s monitoring and remediation processes under the SoQM framework.
• Track the effectiveness of control activities and perform regular evaluations of the system.

3. Engagement Technical Support & Risk Management

• Support the enhancement of firm-wide compliance policies, SoQM processes, and audit quality frameworks, including those related to engagement quality control.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks relating to compliance, independence, and audit quality.
• Promote awareness of regulatory, ethical, and professional standards across engagement teams while maintaining independence from audit execution.
• Provide technical guidance on audit methodology and quality matters, and support professional development initiatives across the firm.
• Monitor and evaluate key issues arising from internal reviews, independence monitoring, and engagement file inspections, recommending timely and appropriate corrective actions.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of audit support tools, compliance protocols, and monitoring activities in alignment with professional standards and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, corporate governance, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in compliance, quality management, or technical support within a Big Four or mid-tier audit firm.
• Sound knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics.
• Experience with quality control or quality management systems (e.g., SSQM 1) is preferred.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
