About the Role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our project team for a major building and infrastructure project located on Penang Island.

This is a site-based position. You will play an important role in coordinating construction activities and assisting in the successful delivery of the project in accordance with approved drawings, construction programme, quality requirements, and safety requirements.

This role requires close coordination with the management team, consultants, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Architecture, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or other related construction / engineering disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in building construction, infrastructure works, M&E works, site coordination, or project engineering.

Reporting Structure

The Project Engineer will report to the Lead Engineer with a dotted line to the Project Manager.

As a Project Engineer, you will have strong skills in work-plan development and progress tracking. The Project Engineer will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. •Walk the talk, train the trainer, attend to punch list, conduct inspection and obtain COA signed by the client to mark end of the biogas project milestone for construction and commissioning phase.

•Review engineering deliverables with project team upon project completion and initiate appropriate corrective actions for future project implementation.

Peranan ini bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan semua rekod pesanan, penghantaran, invois, pembayaran dan resit dimasukkan dengan tepat dan disokong oleh dokumen yang betul.

Calon mesti dapat mengikuti prosedur syarikat dengan teliti dan bekerjasama dengan pasukan pentadbir, jualan, gudang dan penghantaran. Ini adalah peranan pelaksanaan dan sokongan.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

• Masukkan dan kemas kini rekod pelanggan, pesanan, penghantaran, invois, pembayaran dan resit dalam sistem SQL.
• Sediakan dan semak maklumat invois berdasarkan dokumen sokongan yang sah.
• Pastikan butiran invois seperti nama pelanggan, barang, kuantiti, harga, rujukan dokumen dan terma pembayaran adalah tepat.
• Menyokong operasi pentadbiran harian, termasuk penyediaan dokumen, pemfailan dan kemas kini rekod.
• Membantu semakan dokumen DO / RO / invois dan tindakan susulan.
• Menyelaras dengan pasukan dalaman mengenai status pesanan, rekod penghantaran, POD dan dokumen pergerakan stok.
• Susulan dokumen yang hilang atau tidak lengkap dengan orang yang berkaitan.
• Mengekalkan pemfailan dokumen sebut harga, DO, RO, invois, penghantaran, pembayaran dan resit yang betul.
• Laporkan sebarang maklumat yang hilang, salah atau tidak sepadan kepada pengurus pelaporan.
• Sediakan ringkasan pentadbiran harian atau mingguan yang mudah apabila diperlukan.
• Ikuti aliran dokumen syarikat dan elakkan perubahan manual yang tidak dibenarkan.

Keperluan Utama:

● Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam pentadbiran, invois, sokongan jualan, sokongan operasi atau peranan berkaitan.

● Pengalaman menggunakan sistem SQL, perisian perakaunan, sistem ERP, sistem inventori atau sistem perniagaan yang serupa.

● Mampu mengendalikan invois, pesanan penghantaran, pesanan pelanggan dan dokumen jualan yang berkaitan.

● Memberi perhatian yang baik terhadap perincian, terutamanya nombor, kod item, kuantiti, harga dan rujukan dokumen.

● Pemahaman asas tentang aliran dokumen jualan seperti sebut harga, DO, invois, penghantaran, pembayaran dan resit.

● Kemahiran asas Microsoft Excel / Helaian Google.

● Mampu berkomunikasi dengan jelas dengan pasukan pentadbir, jualan, gudang dan penghantaran.

● Bertanggungjawab, teratur dan mampu mematuhi prosedur yang ditetapkan.

● Mampu bekerja dengan teliti tanpa membuat perubahan atau jalan pintas yang tidak dibenarkan.

● Mampu menanda dan melaporkan maklumat yang tidak lengkap atau tidak jelas sebelum meneruskan.

Keperluan Pilihan:

● Pengalaman dalam industri FMCG, pengedaran, perdagangan, logistik, gudang atau borong.

● Mahir dengan sistem perakaunan/inventori SQL.

● Pengalaman menyemak DO, RO, invois, POD, rekod pembayaran atau dokumen pergerakan stok.

● Mampu menyediakan laporan atau ringkasan pentadbiran yang mudah.

● Mampu bekerja dalam persekitaran yang didorong oleh proses.
