Driving value across global HR operations, the Business Process Optimization (BPO) team ensures streamlined, high-quality, and cost-efficient end-to-end processes. At the heart of this, the Business Support & Strategic Projects Director leads the delivery of key initiatives, with accountability for implementing agreed projects, identifying and capturing process improvement opportunities from stakeholders, and assessing change requests.

The role leads projects and initiatives that enhance HR processes, improving service quality and shaping the platforms that underpin HR service delivery. This is a pivotal position in driving continuous improvement.

Your key accountabilities include:

Customer management

• Engage with middle and senior HR stakeholders across regions and the BPO peer group
• Provide expert guidance on process-related topics of medium to high complexity, including implementation and optimization
• Translate customer requirements into practical, scalable solutions aligned with global standards

Stakeholder management

• Align proposed process changes with affected stakeholders (e.g., regional/country HRrepresentatives)
• Advocate for global process standardization and influence stakeholders to adopt required changes
• Collaborate with DHL HR Centres of Excellence (CoE)
• Drive engagement from the BPO country/region extensions
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on milestones, deliverables, and budget performance                                                                                                                  

Strategic Project Management

• Define and document project scope, objectives, and requirements
• Lead HR transformation projects, including large-scale implementations and system roll outs
• Ensure delivery of projects in line with agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards
• Coordinate global transitions and deployment of new services or enhancements
• Ensure adherence to standard methodologies and global processes
• Contribute to the development and validation of outsourcing plans and business cases (BCA)
• Consulting on managing transitions to outsourcing providers
• Identify risks and issues and initiate corrective actions as required                                       

Process Management

• Gather and consolidate process improvement opportunities from business requirements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support intake and structuring of change requests across the organisation
• Assess cost-benefit and business impact of proposed process improvements
• Prioritise change requests in alignment with strategic objectives
• Provide recommendations on process changes and improvements

Key Responsibilities

Resolves unusually complex field process issues utilizing systematic troubleshooting methodology generally involving multiple processes.  Create a mechanism to communicate issues, track progress and pull resources from multiple business units and/or functions. Uses sound statistical techniques like and problem solving methodologies DOEs (Design of Experiment) to quickly determine root cause and action plans. Communicates learnings from this portion to rest-of-world to strengthen the product packages.

Provides oversight of customer demos, including defining demo conditions and analyzing results.

Assists account teams in managing the customer account to enhance customer satisfaction and increase AMAT’s product and technical reputation.

Works with business unit in technology development and transfer to customers including customized process development.  Plans unit process sequence based on customer requirements.  Negotiates process specifications  and service offerings with customers.  Takes ownership of delivering the required solution to the customers that meets specification.

Serves as the customer expert across a broad range of unusually complex products.  Plays a key role in defining product strategy and identifying gaps.   Provides feedback to  business unit heads on process and hardware improvements to meet customer roadmap requirements.

Directs the positioning of new technologies to customers utilizing technical information from  business units.  Interfaces with customers at key development and manufacturing sites to form strategic partnerships to evaluate new and emerging technologies and oversees joint development activities or beta-site testing programs. Makes executive level presentations.

Keeps abreast of new developments in own and related technology groups.  Participates in publishing in ET conferences and journals.

Investment Advisors (IA) are investment specialists within the front office team. The primary role of the IA is to formulate investment strategies and work with Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium investment advisory to Private Banking clients and formulate investment strategies that align with client’s target strategic assets allocation to meet investment objectives and risk profile
• Communicate on house views to the respective marketing teams and work with product specialist for specific support and training
• Partner Relationship Managers on client meetings to articulate investment ideas, investment concepts, create investment proposals and conduct portfolio reviews

Job Objectives

The role of the Airline CSD is to collate and internally drive Airbus' Airline support and service strategy to ensure an aligned approach, and to assist other Business Units to achieve their objectives, whilst satisfying the Airline.

In-line with the Global Account Management (GAM) concept, the Airline CSD leads the In-Service Core Team (ISCT) in-service account management as the primary interface for the Airline and Customer Services, to drumbeat all Business Unit activities whilst ensuring a single voice per customer.

To achieve this the Airline CSD acts as the primary interface between Customer Services and the assigned Customers. The Airline CSD is responsible for aircraft Entry into Service preparation and is accountable for all in service issues whilst ensuring the highest level of safety, reliability, customer satisfaction and business development. 

The Airline CSD manages the relationship by establishing and maintaining direct contact with Customers, at management level within the Airline. Being aware of Customer Operational Performance, he/she will launch appropriate actions, where needed keep Airbus management aware of issues and actions taken, and involve all relevant departments within Customer Services or other directorates and Partners/Suppliers.

The Airline CSD ensures the implementation of Support Clauses in the Purchase Agreement, and in all subsequent Customer Services commercial agreements. In conjunction with the Service Sales Director, he/she is in charge of identifying customer needs and subsequently promoting and actively supporting the sale of Customer Services range of products and services.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop an Individual Customised Airbus' Airline "In-Service" Annual Strategy (through the S-Customer Core Team) aligned with Aircraft Sales Strategy (Customer Affairs).
• Manage the relationship with several customers with different sizes, cultures, structures, at various levels in the Customer organization, whilst working closely with Customer Affairs.  
• Provide timely support to Customer operational and commercial requests in a complex environment with many internal interfaces and without hierarchical authority. 
• Prepare Entry into Service of new Aircraft by assembling and managing a team to secure operator readiness for on-time entry into service of such aircraft.
• Identifying opportunities and promote new business for all Customer Services products and services. 
• Establish and Manage Customer debt recovery plan when necessary.
• Monitor, control and implement all Customer Services Sales Agreements and Purchase Agreements (including repair agreement and retrofit agreement). 
• In conjunction with the Services Sales Director for Chargeable Services (Customer Service Agreements), coordination of sold services follow-up via Upgrade Programme Managers, FHS Customer Programme Directors,  Training Key Account Managers, NavBlue Product Managers, Digital Product Managers and Satair Account Directors etc.
• In conjunction with the Sales Support Director for Aircraft Support Package (Aircraft Purchase Agreements), identification and guidance on customer needs.
• In conjunction with the Field Service Manager, provide first line issue resolution and de-escalation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum of 22 years of relevant FPSO/Offshore Oil and Gas experience.
• Proven track record in concept studies, FEED, and detailed design projects.
• Strong experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead process teams on hydrocarbon projects.
• Solid understanding of process design, heat and material balance, and P&IDs.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards, as well as engineering software and tools
• Minimum 12 years experience as a Lead Engineer or Advisory experience on at least 3 FPSO/Offshore projects.
