Position Overview

EOS Innovation Singapore is seeking software engineers across a range of experience levels to support the development of advanced defence products. These are hands-on engineering roles embedded within multidisciplinary teams of mechanical, electronic, optical and systems engineers. The work combines software development with real hardware integration, experimental subsystems and evolving product requirements, and will suit engineers who enjoy solving practical problems, working close to prototypes and equipment, and turning emerging capability into robust, production-ready software.

Primary Duties

This role contributes to the design, development, integration, verification and support of software used in complex defence systems. Engineers in this position will work across activities such as equipment interfacing, control and automation, algorithm implementation, user interfaces, test support and system integration. More experienced candidates will be expected to provide technical leadership, guide software design decisions, mentor less experienced engineers and help shape robust engineering practices. Earlier-career candidates will be expected to contribute strongly to hands-on development, integration and problem-solving, while growing into increased technical ownership over time.

Responsibilities

·       Design, develop, test, integrate and maintain software for advanced defence products, ranging from equipment interfacing and control functions to data processing, automation and user-facing applications.

·      Work closely with multi disciplinary engineering teams to integrate software with prototypes, experimental hardware, embedded devices and evolving system designs.

·      Translate engineering requirements into practical software designs and contribute to verification and validation activities to demonstrate performance, safety and compliance.

·      Investigate and resolve technical issues encountered during development, integration, test and production support, including unexpected behaviours at system and equipment level.

·      Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including design descriptions, interface definitions, test procedures, test records and manufacturing support material.

·      Apply sound software engineering practices, including version control, code review, debugging, testing and configuration management.

·      For more experienced candidates, lead software design activities, contribute to architecture decisions, support design reviews and provide technical guidance to other engineers.

·      Engage with internal stakeholders and customers to clarify requirements, communicate technical progress and support engineering decisions throughout the product lifecycle.

Education and Experience

·       Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience supporting and automating environments for Temenos T24 / Transact applications. • Responsible for set-up and optimization of new device qualification, engineering lot processing, process data gathering and reporting
• Monitor and improve device yield performance and process SPC charts

• Perform engineering report and documentation such as 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, CP, Process Specification, Work Instructions, etc

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications that meet business and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other developers to define system requirements

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency

• Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security

• Prepare technical documentation and system design specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3–8 years of software development experience (adjust based on seniority)

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript)

• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, .NET, or Node.js

• Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL)

• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in financial services or fintech industry (if relevant)

Role Overview:

As a Simulation & Synthetic Data Engineer, you’ll build thesimulation and data infrastructure that helps embodied robots learn, test, andimprove before they reach the real world. Your work will accelerate modeldevelopment, strengthen sim-to-real reliability, and directly support robotdeployments in customer environments.

What you'll work on

1.                         Develop and scale robotic simulation environments for algorithmvalidation, system testing, and data generation.

2.                         Design simulation scenarios and task environments that supportperception and learning model training and evaluation.

3.                         Build automated synthetic data generation pipelines with controllablescenario variation and domain randomization.

4.                         Collaborate with perception and learning teams to define datarequirements, benchmarks, and evaluation metrics.

5.                         Improve alignment between simulation and real-world systems tosupport sim-to-real transfer.

6.                         Develop tooling that improves the efficiency, reliability, andscalability of data generation workflows.

7.                         Align simulation interfaces and workflows with real robot systemarchitectures.

Technical Requirements

Must Have

1.                         Bachelor's degree or above in Robotics, Computer Science, Graphics,Simulation, or a related field, with at least 3 years of industry experience.

2.                         Experience with at least one robotics simulation platform (e.g. IsaacSim, MuJoCo, Genesis, Newton, etc.).

3.                         Strong Python programming skills.

4.                         Solid understanding of robotic systems, perception, and controlfundamentals.

5.                         Strong systems thinking and engineering execution capabilities.

6.                         Ability to independently build simulation environments and automateddata generation workflows.

7.                         Familiarity with GPU acceleration and parallel computing technologies(e.g. CUDA, PyTorch, TensorRT).

Nice to Have

1.                         Experience working with humanoid robots, mobile manipulators, orother robotic platforms.

2.                         Experience building large-scale synthetic data generation systems.

3.                         Familiarity with photorealistic rendering pipelines.

4.                         Familiarity with latest developments in robotic simulation space.

5.                         Experience with sim-to-real techniques, domain randomization, orrelated approaches.

6.                         Experience collaborating closely with machine learning or robotlearning teams.

7.                         Experience building reproducible simulation and experimentationpipelines.
