Network Security Engineer (Palo Alto / Panorama) – 24/7 Standby

Location: Bedok (islandwide deployment required at times when needed as per project)
Salary: Up to S$6,350 + $50 Allowance + up to 1 month Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama to support enterprise network environments.

You will play a key role in ensuring network security, performance, and availability, while working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama environments

• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of network services

• Perform incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)

• Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery operations

• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and security controls

• Troubleshoot and resolve network/security incidents

• Maintain accurate network documentation and reports

• Support certification requirements with key technology vendors

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama

• Strong knowledge of network security, routing & switching fundamentals

• Experience in incident management and troubleshooting

• Familiar with ITIL processes (Change, Incident, Problem management)

• Willing to support 24/7 standby operations

• Able to work across multiple locations in Singapore when deployed by Project

• Palo Alto certifications (PCNSE preferred)

• Experience in enterprise or managed services environments

• Exposure to security best practices and compliance standards
