WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 

The Performance Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the company’s media trading activities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and profitability. This strategic position is ideal for a seasoned media trading professional who possesses robust operational oversight and leadership experience. You will report to the SVP of Commercial Operations and Governance to drive process improvements and align media trading strategies with broader business objectives. 

How will YOU contribute to the Team?  

• Media Trading Operations Oversight: 

• Oversee end-to-end media trading processes, including planning, execution, and optimisation of media buys across various channels. 

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of the company’s end-to-end media trading workflows. 

• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and risk mitigation. 

• Capability Assessment: 

• Evaluate the media trading team’s skillset, structure, and operational efficiency. 

• Provide recommendations for training, resourcing, and performance enhancement to ensure the team remains competitive and effective. 

• Strategic Collaboration: 

• Work closely with the SVP of Commercial Operations and Governance to ensure media trading activities align with company policies and broader business goals. 

• Performance and Risk Management: 

• Monitor key media trading metrics and analyse performance trends. 

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance frameworks. 

• Reporting and Insights: 

• Deliver regular updates and analytical insights to the SVP.

• Support informed strategic and financial decision-making through data-driven recommendations. 

• Governance and Compliance: 

• Ensure all media trading activities adhere to internal controls and external compliance requirements. 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?  

• Experience: 15+ years’ experience in Media Trading Operations, Media Trading Strategy, or a related commercial role. 

• Expertise: 

• Strong hands-on experience across major digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and leading programmatic DSPs. 

• Proven ability to optimise pricing and performance to ensure competitive media buying rates and maximise campaign efficiency. 

• Leadership: Proven track record of:  

• Demonstrated experience in guiding, coaching, and upskilling Campaign Operations teams and traders on advanced platform strategies and performance-driven optimisation tactics. 

• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues across multiple advertising platforms. 

• Proven capability in managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operational excellence. 

• Active contributor to pricing and commercial strategy initiatives.  

• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail. 

• Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership (C-level or equivalent) in fast-paced or global environments. 

• Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and align media trading operations with overall business objective.

About the Role

Aureus Group is looking for Centre Directors who can lead and mentor a team of Customer Service Executives in the direction of working towards the company goals. They need to be equipped with strong organization and sales skills, with extensive product knowledge and able to provide excellent customer service in order to ensure that he/she can promote the company and our programmes effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assigned number of outgoing sales calls daily
• Achieve assigned monthly lead generation, sales/ enrolments and lead-conversion targets, in addition to any other targets that may be set by the management in relation to centre growth
• Cultivate team members through effective on-the-ground mentoring and ensure they achieve their individual management-assigned targets
• Answer all incoming phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct sales activities and events to support the team with lead generation and conversions
• Retain existing customers through effective problem solving and ensure that all team members uphold the highest quality of service standards at all times
• Ensure desirable centre growth by providing excellent customer service and mitigate student turnover
• Maintain or exceed assigned closure or conversion rate target for all trials to enrolments to ensure maximum output from leads.
• Plan, manage, and execute teacher growth plans in order to achieve monthly teacher targets assigned by the management for respective centre
• Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management
• General Administration

Hiring Criteria:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in the customer service field, with at least 1 year in a manager-level position
• Must be available to work retail hours and on both weekends
• Strong sense of adaptability and leadership
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English (Being bilingual/trilingual would be an advantage)
• Goal-driven individuals with the ability to focus and prioritise tasks that drive the growth of the centre
• Positive, extroverted, and outgoing personality with the passion for customer service
