Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive in the health supplements consumer market
• Sale Manager 5 years experience/Sales Executive 3 years experience
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• Familiarity of sales performance metrics.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• An ability to meet customers expectation
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
• Possess at least a diploma majoring in sales & marketing, consumer behaviors and general management.

Accounting & Reporting

• Full set accounts review (AP, AR, GL)

• Monthly / quarterly / yearly closing

• Financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Ensure compliance with MFRS / IFRS

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Budgeting & forecasting

• Cash flow management

• Variance analysis (budget vs actual)

• Cost control & profitability analysis

• Liase with banker

Compliance & Audit

• Coordinate external audit

• Ensure tax compliance with LHDN

• Internal control system setup

• Risk management support

Team Management

• Supervise accounting team (execs / seniors）

• Review work of subordinates

• Train and develop finance staff

Business Partner Role

• Support management decision making

• Provide financial insights to Director

• Involved in business strategy discussions

System & Reporting

• AutoCount

• Management reporting dashboards

Education Requirement

• Degree in Accounting / Finance / ACCA / CPA/ CIMA/ ICAEW

Strong preference in:
