·       Is familiar with the Health, Safety, Environmental Protection and Quality Policy and understands the responsibilities under the Environmental Management System (EMS). o   Regulatory codes, international regulations 

o   USCG and other relevant national and flag state authority requirements 

o   Documentation, tracking, statistics, and reporting 

·       Perform other duties as required.

·       Liaise with external stakeholders, such as flag states, port authorities, and classification societies, to ensure compliance requirements are met.
