• Design, Engineer, and provide optimized solutions to meet project & client requirements
• Support the site team in resolving issues during installation, testing & commissioning
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

About the role:

We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support the setup, testing, commissioning, and improvement of industrial robotic and automated machinery within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform setup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automated machines and robotic systems
• Provide technical support during machine assembly, production, and final testing
• Work closely with production, quality, R&D, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
• Support process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve product quality
• Review and update BOMs and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing engineering
• Familiar with manufacturing processes, machine assembly, and process improvement
• Proficient in CAD/CAM and manufacturing-related software tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with hands-on technical ability
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across departments
• Familiar with manufacturing safety standards and compliance requirements
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
