Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with colleges, universities, and international recruitment agents.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient follow-ups.

• Work closely with internal teams, including Admissions, Marketing, and Academic departments, to align recruitment strategies and achieve organisational goals.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruitment agents and partners, providing regular updates and recommendations to management.

Sales Strategy & Customer Understanding

• Execute robust sales strategies that align with the school’s enrolment targets and market trends.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of students’ motivations, needs, and decision-making processes to drive successful enrolments.

• Provide expert advice on programmes to prospective students and their families through counselling sessions, phone calls, and emails.

• Stay informed on industry trends and shifts in student recruitment to remain competitive and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in international student recruitment, business development, or partnership management within the education sector.

• Proven success in lead conversion, sales strategy execution, and stakeholder management.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships in a diverse, cross-cultural environment.

• Highly motivated, with a proactive, results-driven attitude and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.

• Ability and willingness to travel frequently, including weekends.
