主要職責

• 規劃、協調和執行公司專案、商業空間、銷售展廳活動、新品發布會、路演、展覽和促銷活動的行銷活動。
• 協調線上和線下行銷資料，包括社群媒體內容、網站更新、廣告、宣傳冊、標誌、EDM、簡報和其他宣傳資料。
• 與內部團隊、設計師、代理商、供應商和媒體合作夥伴合作，確保行銷材料準確、及時並與公司品牌保持一致。
• 尋找潛在的商業機會、租戶、品牌、代理商、策略合作夥伴、合作者和商業前景。
• 與潛在客戶、租戶、代理商或商業夥伴進行初步接觸，介紹公司專案並探討潛在的合作機會。
• 準備商業計劃書、簡報、公司簡介、專案資訊包和輔助文件。
• 維護業務發展管道記錄、潛在客戶資料庫、跟進狀態和會議記錄。
• 支持租戶招募、租賃相關行銷和商業空間推廣活動。
• 安排現場考察、專案簡報、租戶介紹和後續會議。
• 針對房地產市場趨勢、商業租賃趨勢、競爭對手發展、定價、租戶組合和客戶行為進行市場調查。
• 協調行銷活動、專案啟動、路演、展覽、開放日、租戶互動會議和企業活動。
• 與供應商、代理商、顧問、代理人、合作夥伴和內部團隊聯絡，以確保各項活動順利執行。
• 確保對行銷批准、報價、提案、供應商記錄和業務發展文件進行妥善記錄和控制。
• 履行管理層不時分配的其他職責。

職位要求

• 行銷、工商管理、大眾傳播、房地產、物業管理、業務拓展或相關專業的學士學位。
• 至少 5 至 7 年行銷、業務拓展、租賃、房地產開發、商業房地產、房地產、零售、活動場地或相關行業的經驗。
• 擁有房地產開發、商業租賃、租戶關係維護、專案行銷或房地產業務拓展方面的經驗將是加分項。
• 對行銷、品牌推廣、數位行銷、業務拓展和商業租賃支援有深入的了解。
• 具備較強的商業意識，能夠理解房地產市場趨勢、客戶行為和競爭對手的活動。
• 良好的溝通、表達、提案撰寫和利害關係人管理能力。
• 能夠準備行銷材料、商業計劃書、簡報、報告和管理更新。
• 良好的計劃、協調、跟進和文件記錄能力。
• 精通微軟辦公室軟體，尤其是 PowerPoint、Excel 和 Word。
• 精通英語和馬來語。若業務需要與相關客戶、租戶、代理商或商業夥伴溝通，掌握國語優先考慮。

1. 制定並實施場地銷售和業務發展策略，以推動活動預訂、租賃收入和場地利用率。
2. 從企業客戶、活動組織者、代理商、協會、婚禮策劃師、私人客戶和社區團體中尋找並獲得商機。
3. 管理詢價、現場考察、方案、報價、談判和預訂轉換。
4. 制定場地套餐、定價方案、促銷活動和合作機會，以支持收入成長。
5. 負責活動的端到端協調，包括客戶要求、活動佈局、佈置、視聽設備、餐飲、裝飾、物流、停車和活動後的跟進工作。
6. 與內部部門和其他支援團隊協調，確保活動順利進行。
7. 尋找、管理和協調外部供應商，例如餐飲供應商、裝飾供應商、音訊和視訊供應商、活動策劃人員、保全人員、清潔人員和物流供應商。
8. 確保場地在每次活動前乾淨、安全、整潔且準備就緒，包括活動前和活動後的檢查。
9. 監控銷售管道、已確認預訂、場地利用率、收入表現、客戶回饋和營運問題。
10. 確保所有與場地相關的文件和記錄得到妥善保存、歸檔和跟踪，以便將來參考、報告、審計和管理審查。
11. 管理與財產損失、安全、人群控制、供應商合規性、客戶糾紛和收款相關的風險。
12. 定期向管理層提交有關收入表現、市場機會、營運改善、定價和人力需求的報告和建議。
13. 隨著業務的成長，領導、指導和支援場地銷售和活動營運團隊。

我們正在尋找什麼

1. 至少8年場地銷售、活動管理、飯店宴會銷售、會展旅遊、飯店銷售、會議中心、展覽中心或商業活動場地營運相關經驗。
2. 在業務拓展、活動銷售、客戶服務和創收方面擁有豐富的經驗。
3. 與企業客戶、活動組織者、代理商、婚禮策劃師、協會或酒店/活動行業合作夥伴建立強大的關係網絡將是一項額外優勢。
4. 對活動籌備、場地營運、視聽設備、舞台搭建、物流、供應商協調和客戶體驗有良好的理解。
5. 具備較強的談判、演講、溝通及人際關係管理能力。
6. 能夠準備方案、報價單、方案包、銷售報告和管理更新報告。
7. 較強的領導力、責任感、問題解決能力及跟進能力。
8. 依活動需要，能夠加班，包括晚上、週末和假日。
9. 商業、行銷、酒店管理、活動管理、物業管理或相關領域的學位。
