We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead growth for Leaf CRM. What you will do

職位描述：

• 處理國際品牌產品

要求：

• 行銷/大眾傳播/商業研究或同等專業的文憑/學位。
• 所需語言： 英語和馬來語
• 最好是40歲以下的候選人。
• 必備技能：Microsoft Office
• 至少3-7年數位行銷工作經驗
• 需要具備良好的社群媒體知識。
• 樂於學習，善於團隊合作，能夠獨立工作，並能適應非正常工作時間，充滿熱情。
• 積極性和樂觀態度
• 有直播主持經驗者優先考慮。

職責

1. 負責管理分配專案的各個方面，包括規劃、協調、預算和資源分配。
2. 與客戶、承包商和利害關係人聯絡，以確保有效溝通和及時解決問題。
3. 監控專案進度，識別並降低風險，並根據需要採取糾正措施。
4. 監督現場團隊的工作，包括監管承包商並確保遵守安全和品質標準。
5. 為專案團隊提供技術專長和指導
6. 發現流程改善機會，並為公司的整體發展和成功做出貢獻。
