Key Requirements
Technical Skills

• Good hands-on experience in Java (Spring Boot as core)
• Additional development experience in Python for tooling, automation, or micro-services
• Good working knowledge of NodeJS or Groovy (optional but beneficial)
• Experience with frameworks/tools such as FastAPI, Celery, Kafka, ActiveMQ, and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Experience building and deploying microservices-based applications
• Exposure to IaC/GitOps concepts (e.g., Ansible, Argo CD, CodeBuild) is a plus.

Software Engineering Skills

• Good understanding of modern application development, including microservices, containerisation, and API design
• Experience developing automated pipelines for application releases and basic deployment automation
• Ability to troubleshoot system, application, and integration issues across infrastructure and network layers
• Good documentation practices and ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Nice to Have

• Experience with micro-frontend or distributed application architectures
• Knowledge of Cloud applications (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience in blue-green, canary, or rolling deployment strategies

1. Strong Salesforce experience with exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

2. Strong in creating Lightning components (Aura knowledge is a must, LWC will be additional advantage)

3. Srong in Apex, Visualforce and LWC

4. Apex Enterprise Patterns Knowledge/Experience

5. Expertise in Configuration elements including Workflows, Validation rules, Process Builder

6. Well versed in any modern IDE (like VS code) and familiar with Git/Bit Bucket

7. Good to have PSS knowledge

Development and delivery experience with T24 and TAFJR23 or higher in a multi-company multi-application server set-up.

Hands on experience in analysis, design, coding, and implementation of complex and custom-built solution.

Hands on experience in Design Studio, Gitlab, JBOSS,SQL developer, Temenos Unit Test framework, JIRA, Job schedulers (AWA)

Experience in usage of logging and monitoring tools like Tivoli, Dynatrace and Splunk

Deep understanding of Corporate actions and Securities experience

Fair understanding of the Oracle DB concepts like indexes, SQL query design and Linux OS scripts
