The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial accounting and reporting activities, including month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and reports
• Develop and manage financial budgets and forecasts
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends and variances and provide recommendations to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective financial planning and analysis
• Manage the company's financial risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Proven work experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices

• Filling calibration process, data and prepare report as required.
• Cooperate with the technical department to serve customers.
• Monitor and control all customers order status such as delivery and any other requirement are met.

What you will do:

· Tax Compliance & Reporting: Supporting the end-to-end preparation of monthly Withholding Tax (WHT) and Value Added Tax (VAT) filings to ensure regional regulatory alignment.

· General Ledger Integrity: Performing monthly GL Reconciliations, identifying variances, and ensuring the accuracy of tax-related accounts.

· E-Invoicing Implementation: Executing E-invoicing reconciliations to bridge digital transaction data with accounting records, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.

· Financial Cycle Support: Contributing to the Monthly Finance Closing process by preparing journal entries and verifying tax accruals under tight deadlines.

The Accounts Executive (F&B Cost Controller) is responsible for monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate inventory management, conducting cost analysis, and maintaining proper financial records. The role supports profitability by identifying cost-saving opportunities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing timely financial reports related to F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Control & Analysis

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure alignment with budget and company targets.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cost analysis for all F&B outlets.
• Prepare food cost, beverage cost, and menu profitability reports.
• Analyze variances between actual and theoretical costs and investigate discrepancies.

Inventory Management
