Job Summary

You will manage project documentation by maintaining registers, controlling filing and tracking, coordinating submissions and archiving, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely completion and handover of documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage all project-related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain and update document registers and ledgers (e.g., drawings, letters, RFIs, MSRA, ITP) to track document status and revisions
• Control, file, and track all documents to ensure proper organization and accessibility
• Coordinate document submission, distribution, and archival processes to meet project deadlines
• Perform data entry, document storage, labeling, and logistics coordination to support document management
• Liaise with stakeholders including Owner/Engineer (O/E) and SEPCOIII to resolve documentation issues and facilitate communication
