What you will do

Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Executive/Assistant role in Singapore that supports executive staff by managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and coordinating office operations to ensure efficient daily workflows and high-quality administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules and appointments to optimize time and resource allocation
• Handle incoming phone calls and correspondence professionally to maintain clear communication with stakeholders and clients
• Maintain and organize office records to ensure accurate and accessible documentation
• Support executive staff with clerical and administrative tasks to enhance team productivity
• Coordinate office logistics to facilitate smooth daily operations
• Prioritize and multitask effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace tools to prepare documents and reports
• Other responsibilities and duties as tasked

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in executive/administrative assistance with a detail-oriented approach
• Relevant experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
• Customer Service Oriented, with good command of communication skills.
• Additional language skills beyond English.

Your key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution and delivery of assurance engagements
• Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, audit client's engagement history, and planned audit approach
• Recognize potential audit issues or unusual relationships from basic analysis of the financial statements and communicate them to the assurance team

• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
• Contribute ideas/opinions to the assurance teams and listen/respond to other assurance team members' views

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A degree in Accountancy/ Business related
• Min 1 year's relevant work experience in the audit field

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Prior working experience in global professional services organization or mid-tier firms will be highly advantageous
