• Maintain records required by regulatory bodies and auditors.
• Ensure organisational documents are kept up to date.

General Support

• Assist management with special projects and initiatives.
• Support fundraising events, adoption drives and community outreach activities from an administrative perspective.
• Handle general enquiries and administrative requests.

Requirements

• Passionate about animal welfare and aligned with the mission of Purely Adoptions.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Prior experience in administration, secretarial or non-profit organisations will be an advantage.

Working Arrangement

• Work From Home (Singapore-based preferred).
