• Responsible for day-to-day project development and management from inception until handover.
• Prepare and submit progress claim to main contractor within the stipulated time frame.
• Follow up with main contractor on the issuance of certification
• Assist project team in measurement for tender costing.

• Manage matters related to project planning, liaising with consultants, contractors and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and credit notes.
• Verify that goods loaded onto delivery vehicles match the corresponding Delivery Orders.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
