What you’ll do

What we’re looking for

Junior Designers

• Degree in Architecture / Urban Design
• 0–2 years experience
• Strong design mindset + eagerness to learn

Senior Designers

• 3–5+ years experience in architectural practice
• Confident in leading design development and coordination
• Strong exposure to residential projects preferred

Skills that matter

• Strong design thinking + storytelling ability
• Proficiency in Rhino (highly preferred), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Enscape
• Strong visualisation + presentation skills
• Model-making skills are a big plus
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Team spirit, curiosity, and attention to detail

Architectural Designer
We are seeking detail-oriented creative thinkers to join our Design team in the following positions. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, passionate about design and work comfortably with diversified teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Education: Degree or equivalent majoring in architecture and/or Urban Design
• 0-2 years of experience
• Enthusiasm for architecture, commitment, reliability and team spirit
• Excellent design and drafting skills and proficiency with computer-aided design (Sketch-up, CAD, Adobe CS, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Enscape, Rhino)
• Excellent physical model-making skills
• Organisational, project management and planning skills, including the ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills

Job Description & Requirements

Job Description

· Assist under directions of team leader in the development of business strategies by using trends and market opportunities.

· Understand client needs and have a hands-on approach in developing innovative approaches in order to attract and onboard new clients.

· Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and their capabilities as well as knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products.

· Develop client sales pitch decks based on client needs

· Ideate, design and execute marketing outreach deliverables – from digital to print. (Social media content, EDMs, banners, catalogues and posters. etc)

· Manage & control budget for advertising & promotion on social media and advertisements/printed materials.

· Hosting or assisting with Client consultation meetings

· Creating engaging social media content, using a combination of creative and technical skills, which may include photography, graphic design and/or copy writing

· Applying an understanding of digital media management by assisting with digital marketing efforts such as website updates and eDMs, and exceptional performers have the possibility of independently launching marketing campaigns

· Using an understanding of strategic marketing to update and create offline marketing materials such as product catalogues, POS displays and signage

· Contributing to new marketing initiatives such as product, price and seasonal promotions

· Managing marketing databases, CRM and administration of marketing activities

· General support to our marketing and business development team

Requirements:

· Minimum 2nd year or above or recently completed ITE, a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline

· Proactive in innovation and critical thinking

· A creative flair for design aesthetics

· Creative and innovative approach to problem solving

· Positive, dynamic and able to work in a team

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

· Strong proficiency in business English and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Unconventional and fearless with an entrepreneurial spirit

· Analytical and knowledge in using analytical tool will be added advantage

· Demonstrated knowledge of marketing concepts and creative abilities in Graphic design, Photography or Copy writing

· Strong customer focus and enjoys personal interaction

· High standard of grooming and personal presentation

· Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantageous

· Previous experience in a similar position and/or internship experience would be desirable

Full-time interns with 3 – 6 months duration required

Junior Business and Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:

The Junior Business and Marketing Coordinator will support our marketing efforts across various platforms. This role requires a keen eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will collaborate closely with both our design teams to enhance our market presence and contribute to our growth and client engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

- Develop and schedule weekly content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest.

- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to guide future campaigns.

- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages.

Content Creation:

- Produce high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand’s voice and aesthetic, including blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.

- Collaborate with design teams to create visual content, including photos, videos, and digital graphics.

- Assist in the production of promotional materials and presentations for client pitches and industry exhibitions.

Brochure and Website Updates:

- Regularly update company brochures and project datasheets with new project information and visuals.

- Maintain and enhance the website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and aligned with our branding.

- Coordinate with web developers to improve user experience and functionality as needed.

Market Research:

- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform our marketing initiatives.

- Compile data and insights to help shape our marketing strategies and business decisions.

Client Relations and Network Building:

- Assist in organizing and attending networking events, seminars, and other industry-related activities.

- Support client relationship management efforts by preparing meeting materials and follow-up communications.

- Maintaining database of potential and existing client contacts.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Design or Architectural related degree or diploma
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media scheduling and analytics.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• 2-3 years of work experience will be ideal
• Prior work experience in an architectural or design firm is a plus but not required.
