Job Summary

The Security Guard ensures the safety and security of the company’s yard, vehicles, equipment, and personnel by monitoring access, patrolling premises, preventing unauthorized activities, and responding promptly to incidents. A valid PLRD license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the yard and surrounding areas to detect and prevent theft, vandalism, or hazards
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems to identify security threats or breaches
• Control access by verifying the identity of employees, visitors, and vehicles entering the yard
• Respond immediately to security incidents, emergencies, or accidents to minimize risks and ensure safety
• Enforce compliance with company safety policies and regulatory requirements during all security operations
• Monitor storage areas for equipment, machinery, and vehicles to prevent loss or damage

Requirements:

• Valid PLRD license (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of security experience; yard or industrial experience preferred.

• Physically fit, alert, and able to handle emergencies calmly.

Job Description

1. Reception Duties (daily, weekly and monthly)

 - Answer and direct all phone calls

- Greet office guests

 - Manage, clean and organize the front desk, pantry, meeting rooms

- Work order, letter and other document collection and distribution

- Stock the copier, pantry and meeting room

- Collect and sort all mail and packages

 - Purchase and maintain inventory of stationeries, pantry supplies, first aid kit supplies, office equipment, flower arrangements, crane QR code sticker, etc.

2. License application and renewal with Government Entities

- MOM – application for new crane model to be added to crane contractor license

- NEA – create consignment note for disposal of used lubricating oil

- LTA/ HDB – appeals for driver offences

- Fines / Notices – scan and save a copy in Admin Nas. Then pass hardcopy to relevant department for them to inform their drivers/operators

- Any other applications with government entities

3. Investment Properties

- Liaise with agent and tenant for contracts and renewals

- To update and maintain records i.e. electricity and water bills, MCST

- To update and maintain financing records

4. ISO, ISPS & BizSafe

- To assist AM with ISO, ISPS and BizSafe renewal

 - To update and maintain records

5. GPS System

- Serve as the primary point of contact with GPS vendors for troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

- Schedule installation/removal of GPS on vehicles

- Monitor the GPS system to ensure all units are functioning properly.

- Generate monthly GPS reports

- Maintain records of all GPS installations, removals, and related vendor interactions.

6. Monthly Birthday Card Preparation for Employees

- Obtain the monthly birthday list from the HR Team

- Prepare birthday cards and pass them to the Management Team for writing of greetings

- Arrange dispatch service via ‘Easy Parcel’ to deliver the birthday cards along with corporate souvenirs to drivers/operators

- Distribute the birthday cards and souvenirs to office staff

- Monitor stock levels and inform the HR Team when birthday cards or souvenirs are running low

7. Others

- Key box management and organization (Monthly check and reinstate missing keys)

- Vendor application form liaison

- Verification and processing of taxi claims

Job Description

1. Maintenance Scheduling & Coordination - Support Maintenance Mechanic in scheduling servicing with sites, update maintenance schedules and ensure timely submission of lorry crane and scissor lift checklists before due dates. - Ensure timely servicing of vehicles and machinery; update monthly and quarterly maintenance schedules. - Track and assign tyre replacements, and monitor the tyre maintenance register. - Prepare maintenance and tyre quotations for customers, ensure proper acknowledgement, and follow up on open back charge cases.
2) Regulatory & Documentation Management - Arrange documents for timely road tax payment. - Coordinate and prepare documentation for VICOM inspections. - Liaise with drivers and Operations team to ensure vehicles pass inspections for road tax renewal. - Maintain and update all maintenance records in the master Excel list. - Record and update tyre invoice details accurately in the SAP system, followed by entry into the tyre record Excel file for tracking purposes.
3) Vehicle & Driver Handover - Prepare and conduct Handover Checklists during driver transitions (new hires, resignations, or reassignments). - Record damages, repair costs, or cleanliness issues during handovers; submit findings to HR within 3 days for cost accountability.
4) ISO Responsibilities (Shared Departmental Duties) - Conduct customer feedback surveys every three (3) months for the Repair & Services Department. - Support proper documentation and recordkeeping practices aligned with ISO requirements for maintenance and tyre-related processes accurately and promptly.
5) General & Support Duties - Assist the R&M Department whenever required. - Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team in the design and development of steel structural systems and components.

• Perform and review structural analysis and design of steel structures in accordance with Eurocode and relevant international standards.

• Utilize engineering software such as STAAD for structural analysis and CAD tools for preparation and review of engineering drawings.

• Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of structural calculations, design reports, and fabrication drawings.

• Coordinate closely with steel fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and compliance with fabrication requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

Work Place Safety & Health Officer

• Accountable to the occupier for providing updates on Operational Safety & Health (OHS) regulations pertaining to the Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act;

• Accountable for implementing, executing and monitoring of WSH & Risk Management Systems;

• Conduct Accident Investigation, Risk & Hazard Analysis and provide necessary preventive measures;

• Timely submission of accident/incident report to Company;

• Monitors OHS control measures by conducting regular audits and on-site inspections;

• Conduct quarterly safety briefings and tool box meetings for operators/drivers;

• Liaising with regulatory agencies with regards to Safety, Health and Environment matters;

• Ensure compliance to Integrated Management System (ISO9001 & ISO45001);

• Update legal register regularly and keep proper safety records, incident reports and statistics;

• Conduct monthly Safety Committee Meeting and update WSH committee members on latest MOM safety matters;

Fire Safety Manager

• To prepare and execute the Emergency Response Plan for the premises;

• To conduct daily/weekly checks and inspections within the premises and remove any fire hazard found;

• To ensure fire safety requirements contained in the Emergency Response Plan are complied with at all times;

• To conduct in-house fire drills at least once or twice in every calendar year or on such occasion as mandated by regulatory authorities;

• To conduct at least 2 Table-Top Exercise yearly and to evaluate the Emergency Response Plan;

• To record Minutes of Meeting and provide feedbacks for improvement;

• To furnish incident reports in the event of fire and other related emergencies;

• To train, coordinate and supervise the Emergency Response Team in first -aid, fire-fighting and evacuation in the event of fire or other related emergencies;

• To advise and recommend a list of fire-fighting equipment for the Emergency Response Team;

• To prepare and implement Arson Prevention Plan and fire safety guidebooks;
