As a Customer Success Manager at NEXTDC, you will take full ownership of ensuring our customers' success throughout their entire journey - from onboarding to project delivery, adoption, and renewal. Your key responsibilities will include:

As our End User Computing (EUC) Engineer you’ll be responsible for the ongoing management and operational support of our EUC environment. While this position encompasses the end-to-end project accounting function, expertise in Capital budgeting and forecasting is the cornerstone of the role. In this role, you won't just manage data; you will refine our forecasting and transform complex project information into a meaningful narrative that drives high-level decision-making and real impact across the organisation. 

What will you do:  

• Manage all project accounting activities, including monthly project journals, accruals, cost adjustments and reallocations, budget transfers, and project financial close  
• Coordinate and support day-to-day project-level financial transactions, including project setup, cost code maintenance, progress claim reconciliations, procurement support, and invoice payment workflow approvals  
• Maintain project master data across all relevant systems, including project codes, project-level cost codes, and associated general ledger accounts

We are currently looking for a Trades or Technical individual to join us in the role of Data Centre Technician working within our facilities team operating on a 24/7 basis.

Within this entry-level role, we will provide full on-the-job training to bring you up to speed on all aspects of data center facility management and critical infrastructure, including Cooling, Electrical, Cabling Infrastructure, Building Monitoring, and Fire systems.

Based in Tullamarine, the purpose of this role is to support the Facility Management team with the day-to-day operations of the data centre, by providing high quality & efficient technical maintenance and customer service.

• The successful candidate will be required to work a 4 – 5 – 5 rotating shift roster with day shifts from 7am - 7pm and night shifts from 7pm - 7am.

Acting as the Principal’s Representative, you will manage critical stakeholder relationships, ensure safety and governance compliance and risk frameworks are firmly embedded, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver infrastructure that underpins the digital economy.  Your leadership will empower teams, foster innovation, and achieve excellence across all aspects of project delivery.
