Roles & Responsibilities

This is an interesting position for the right candidate to provide top-notch digital financial transactions operations and best- in-class customer services.

Operations

• Perform customer onboarding related activities following company’s AML/ CFT policy
• Perform transactions processing tasks timely and accurately
• Monitor transaction completion status, investigate issues/errors and resolve
• Liaise with counterparties and customers on transaction confirmations/ investigations/ settlements
• Prepare and submit internal and external reports
• Maintain SOPs based on up-to-date process workflows
• Proactively review and recommend systems/ process improvements
• Work closely with systems engineers/ product managers in systems/product designs
• Participate in systems testing as needed

Customer Service

• Provide a high standard of customer service to both Business and Retail customers
• Handle feedback and customer complaints promptly, patiently and professionally
• Liaise with various teams to resolve operational issues
• Provide well thought-through resolutions to customers
• Attend to all walk-in customers, phone calls, social media channels and emails promptly and professionally
• Handle registrations of new user sign-ups and follow up on outstanding documents
• Perform Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Meticulous and fast learner
• Language abilities: Must be able to converse fluently in English and Mandarin. Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage.
• Computer literacy skills: MS Office
• Personalities: Warm, positive, self-motivating, good organization skills and interpersonal skills. A strong problem-solving team player.
• Prior customer service-related job experience of at least 2 years is a must.
• Good English & Mandarin communication skills (verbal and written).
• Mature and high sense of responsibility and accountability to ensure day-to-day operations tasks are completed timely
• Possess a zero-error mindset
• Be extremely detailed and very good with numbers, especially currency conversions
• Ability to work weekends shift

Job Summary:

Working closely with the manager, your primary role lies in the development and execution of the company’s overall marketing and communications strategy that encompasses both offline and online marketing channels. The objective is to build, maintain and expand moolahgo’s brand outreach, social media presence, promotions or marketing campaign and ultimately grow the company’s user base to meet targets. This will include monitoring and ensuring proper use of the corporate brand, managing and maintaining the company’s website, mobile apps, and email/ CRM software, create social media content. The communication efforts will also require you to copywrite, review and produce collaterals, as well as planning and implementing events and initiatives. You will also be tasked to monitor, track and report on campaign performance. Other duties will include assisting in the recruitment, training and management of a pool of volunteers or interns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with manager to manage and execute / implement full spectrum of marketing & communications plans to achieve company goals and targets
• Conceptualize development and execution of advertising creative ideas, design and layout in support of all marketing activities such as advertising, print and digital media (print, direct mailers, flyers, newsletters etc.)
• Produce marketing graphics and/or simple videos to support the marketing activities
• Conceptualize copywriting & production of presentation materials, online content, marketing collaterals – brochure, EDM, presentation slides, fact sheets, press releases, website, social media, etc.
• Conduct market research on competitors marketing campaign, brand positioning and awareness
• Develop marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
• Drive digital marketing programs for the business with strong focus and understanding of product branding
• Manage the professional website content architecture and identify approaches / strategies to improve the website
• Carry out Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Google Adwords / backlink marketing campaign / AI marketing
• Conceptualize and set up lead generation platform through different marketing channels
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels and activities
• Support Customer Service center in handling customer queries/ complaints
• Organize and coordinate marketing events such as client events, lucky draws, conferences, webinars, and trade shows

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma / Degree in any marketing discipline
• Self-driven, Highly energetic individual with non-stop creativity and enthusiasm
• Strong knowledge in conceptualism, planning and execution of marketing activities
• Able to evaluate marketing activity and monitor competitor activities
• Must be well-organized, well groomed & possesses outgoing disposition
• Excellent command in written and verbal English (to be able to execute the strategy and content for the company's social media platform in English)

Main Job Duties:

Software Development Leadership:

· Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure payment solutions.

· Ensure the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines across the development lifecycle.

Code Reviews and Quality Assurance:

· Proactively monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

Client Engagement and Integrations:

Production Support and Resolution:

· Collaborate with operations and support teams to implement monitoring and alerting solutions, ensuring proactive identification and resolution of issues.

· Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.

Server and Database Management:

· Manage server infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based and on-premises servers.

· Administer database systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.

· Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications:

· Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as full stack developer with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), developing web applications with SOA, RESTful, and/or MVC architectures, scripting languages (JavaScript, PHP), HTML, CSS, Responsive Design, Strong database development skills (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL), User Interface (UI) design knowledge, Windows/Linux, mobile platforms and server-side Web frameworks

· Experience working with one of the following: web application development, cloud application development, mobile application development, developing large software systems, and/or security software development.

· Experience in AWS is a must.

· Experience of working in an Agile Software development environment and teams.

· Understanding and experience of system quality, security, performance, maintainability & extensibility

Job Summary

Drive sales of the company’s B2B International FX Payment products to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Lead business development by researching and developing marketing opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage product and sales enquiries by promptly responding and tracking progress to ensure customer satisfaction
