• Identify target groups, develop robust understanding of issues / opportunities to uncover insights. 

• Collaborate with the Marketing Insight team & Commercial Team and other stakeholders to turn insight & opportunities to actions.

• Plan & lead initiative big idea/ theme for marketing campaigns on quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily basis.

• Lead teams of 3 and to deploy campaigns with impact and clear measurement.

• Manage and lead the discussion with external parties (i.e. merchant, Agencies or business partners)

• Responsible for budget spend & tracking to ensure ROI

• Manage reporting and analysis across marketing campaigns, using data to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.

• Ensure budgets are planned, tracked and spent efficiently
