Job Title: Business Development Executive (Singapore) for IT Services/Staff augmentation/IT Solution like IBM/HCL

Location: Singapore

Experience: 2–5Years

Salary: $4500-5000

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business development by engaging with clients and building a strong sales pipeline
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements and convert opportunities into successful deals
• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, including proposals, SOW preparation, and invoicing as per internal processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare delivery teams aligned with client requirements
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reduce manual effort across sales and operational activities
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the engagement

Requirements:

• Singapore Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field from reputed universities (e.g., NUS, SMU, NTU or equivalent)
• 2–5 years of prior experience in sales or business development
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Proven experience in creating business proposals, SOWs, and managing sales processes
• Excellent presentation and PowerPoint (PPT) design skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros)
• Exposure to using AI tools to enhance efficiency and automate tasks
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT services or consulting environment
• Understanding of project delivery and staffing models

Act as the Trade Finance SME supporting banking projects across full delivery lifecycles, including implementation, testing, and rollout.

Provide domain expertise and training to testing teams to ensure functionality-driven and high-quality validation of Trade Finance systems.

Support effort estimation, solution understanding, and planning activities in collaboration with project management teams.

Liaise with banking stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and ensure alignment with Trade Finance processes.

Serve as the SPOC for Trade Finance across accounts, providing guidance and resolving domain-related queries.

Participate in RFQs, proposals, and business development activities to support acquisition of new Trade Finance projects.

Manage project timelines, coordinate testing activities, and ensure quality delivery in line with banking standards and expectations.

Prepare and maintain testing documentation, defect reports, traceability matrices, and quality metrics while supporting continuous process improvement.

Serve as the subject matter expert for CASA systems, providing both functional and technical support across business and technology teams.

Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and support solution design for CASA-related processes.

Provide guidance on system configuration, parameter setup, workflows, interfaces, and product features within the CASA platform.

Support testing, troubleshooting, defect analysis, and issue resolution to ensure stable and accurate system performance.

Work closely with developers, business users, and vendors to support enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, process flows, user guides, and system-related functional specifications.

Ensure CASA solutions comply with operational, regulatory, security, and internal governance standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Serve as the functional and technical subject matter expert for payment systems, supporting domestic, cross-border, and real-time payment processes.

Analyze business and operational requirements and translate them into functional specifications, technical solution designs, and system enhancements.

Provide expertise in payment workflows, message formats, interfaces, host-to-host integrations, and transaction processing rules.

Support system configuration, SIT/UAT testing, defect resolution, and production issue analysis to ensure stable payment operations.

Work with application teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to implement upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.

Monitor payment application performance, investigate transaction failures, and perform root cause analysis for system and interface issues.

Prepare and maintain technical documents, interface mappings, process flows, and support procedures while ensuring compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.

Analyze and define business and system requirements for transaction processing, file transfer, trade finance, and enterprise integration platforms in banking environments.

Perform impact assessment on application changes across MFT, middleware, Oracle/DB2 databases, Linux batch processes, and message transformation components to ensure downstream compatibility.

Work with business, operations, and technical teams to document functional specifications, interface requirements, data mappings, process flows, and exception handling logic for system enhancements.

Review and validate EDI/XML/SWIFT/flat-file message structures, transformation rules, and file processing requirements for secure exchange between internal and external systems.

Support incident, problem, and change analysis by identifying root causes in production support environments, assessing recurring failures, and recommending functional and system-level fixes.

Coordinate SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-release validation activities by ensuring business scenarios, reconciliation rules, and integration dependencies are properly tested.

Prepare detailed analysis artefacts including BRD, FRD, data mapping documents, system workflow diagrams, test scenarios, and release impact notes to support delivery and operational stability.
