Position Purpose

The HR Business Partner will provide advisory support for an allocated business group(s) at the territory level to meet their strategic business and HR objectives. 

The incumbent will also work closely with Territory Head of Human Resources and designated Regional Business Partners for implementing regional and territory HR initiatives and policies in Singapore. The role requires the incumbent to provide general HR advice and support to the function/business assigned.

Business Partnering

• Conduct regular career development interviews with the designated population and complete feedback record after each meeting
• Identify and support the initiatives of the APAC talent program, succession planning, and the graduate and internship programs
• Facilitate all people mobility (e.g. Expatriate movement, internal mobility, local to local mobility) adhering to the APAC Mobility Policy

Performance Management

Employee Relations

What is this position about?

Responsible for implementing regional risk management programs in a global organization, with robust knowledge of technology, risks, architecture, and related tools. Prior ICT risk experience (IT, Cyber, Vendor…etc.) & exposure to the Financial Services industry is a must. Experience with GRC tools and other risk management information systems is preferred.

Primary Role Responsibilities

The Permanent Control Coordinator ensures the following missions under the supervision of the Regional Head of Operations & Permanent Control (OPC) for Global Banking and in close relationship with Operations teams.

Implementation of Operational Risk Management

• Coordinate and perform the Risk and Control Self-Assessment with Operations Managers and Senior Management
• Define and execute the control testing, present the controls result to Senior Management and ensure the implementation of remediation actions
• Provide support with the harmonization of the execution of C5 controls across all 12 Territories in APAC
• Support the Operation teams in the implementation and deployment of C1-C4 controls
• Follow up and review findings and recommendations issued by internal auditors, regulators, and external auditors • Ensure operational risk incidents are properly collected, coordinate the root cause analysis and contribute to the definition of remedial actions
• Perform Deep Dive analysis/ thematic review on specific processes based on identified risk areas
• Monitor regulations and internal policy changes to ensure implementation by Operations Team.

Operational Risk Governance

• Organize and contribute to Team meetings and APAC CBO PCC to ensure proper escalation of operational risk issues.
• Coordinate and prepare the contribution to various committees (e.g.: APAC Operational Risk Management Framework, APAC Internal Control Committees, APAC CCCO, TBA ITO Committee)
• Support Territory OPCs in performing the respective mandates and consolidate the results for management reporting.
• Assist the team manager in transversal tasks like deep dives, trainings, dashboards productions and be proactive in suggesting improvements in the team’s daily work

Position Purpose
Global Markets ALMT(‘GMAT’) team is responsible for Global Markets’ assets and liabilities liquidity steering, setting internal rules, defining fund transfer pricing, operationally managing Global Markets liquidity and monitoring liquidity indicators in order to minimize liquidity risks and costs by giving the right incentives to the business across regions. GMAT operates within the Group ALCO designed framework.

Responsibilities
Daily priorities and tasks are defined by the Deputy head of GMAT APAC.

Primary responsibility

• Operational Funding of Global Markets' entities and portfolios
• Daily management of APAC GM cash position in cooperation with other GMAT treasury teams, for both FICC and GE.
• Cover specifically the APAC currencies globally for GM and participate to the “follow-the-sun” funding model inside GMAT.
• Manage GMAT APAC books in the prevailing RISK and PNL framework, provide P&L predict and sign-off as well as NFB daily predict and explain.
• Optimization of cash management
• Develop tools when required and coordinate the implementation of the common GM Treasury platform, voicing local specific requirements, and ensuring integration with APAC specificities.
• Ensuring effective communication with GM GBLs and ALM Treasury operational desks
• Monitor and manage Intraday Liquidity needs generated by GM activities
• Provide quotes on ad hoc short term funding requests.
• Represent GMAT Treasury in APACTAC/NAC whenever needed.

Secondary responsibilities

Global Markets' Liquidity risk analysis:

o   Analyze, monitor and invoice Liquidity within Global Markets, in liaison with the various GBLs and regions/entities

o   Define GM funding framework by the Group, in cooperation with Group ALM Treasury, Risk and Finance

o   Understand the specificities of the onshore/offshore setup and their impact on daily management, liquidity pricing and derivatives valuation (in relation with xVA)

o   Help to contribute to GM TACs/NACs

o  contributing to the APAC Global Markets Liquidity Committee

Global Markets' contribution to the Group Liquidity economic and regulatory indicators:

o Consolidate and explain GM contribution to the Group LCR, NSFR, Liquidity Gap, Stress Test,...

o   Participate to Group indicators' implementation, from methodological definition to the coordination of IT systems evolutions required to produce them

o   Improve if needed the liquidity monitoring setup of the local entities with ALM and Finance

·      Monitor the Interest Rate Risk in Global Markets' Banking Books:

o   Contribute to the Group IRRBB indicators

o  Implement the procedures and tools required to monitor IRRBB within GM

What is this position about?

Responsible for implementing regional risk management programs in a global organization, with robust knowledge of technology, risks, architecture, and related tools. • Implement IT & Cyber Risk Management Program for the bank within the three lines of defense model in alignment with the Group Risk Management Framework.

Risk Disclosure:

What is required for you to succeed?

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing risk and technology in large/global organizations with robust knowledge of technology, risks and controls, IT and security architecture, operational resilience, and third-party technology risk management. What is this position about?

As a Solution Architect, you will join a team which helps project teams define their Solution Architecture. In addition, you will review the proposed designs with Enterprise Architects as well as Engineering/Production teams and Security teams to ensure that solutions proposed are aligned and compliant with BNPP policies and BNPP Cloud offering.

Position Purpose

The APAC Automated Market Making Team is an industry recognized trading team that serves to provide electronic market making services and performs quantitative trading in major exchanges within the APAC region. Currently, the team is actively present on at least 13 electronic exchanges. Due to the nature of the business, AMM has a significant technology investment in its proprietary trading platform and automated trading strategies. The IT Strategist team is responsible for providing a full-service suite of technology solutions to the trading desk.

Strategists develop and implement efficient automated tools to translate quant traders’ strategies into orders. They also design specific features to help traders monitor and analyze the behavior of strategies in production, and ensure adequate monitoring of risks and positions. 

Accordingly strategists:

• Proactively manage the production platform by leveraging software engineering to eliminate operational work via automation optimizing system architecture to maintain operational efficiency conducting thorough but blameless post-mortems to help guide the evolution of the platform
