About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced MSD-cleared Class 4 Driver to join our logistics operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods and materials across Singapore, ensuring compliance with all traffic, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role is crucial in supporting our daily logistics operations and ensuring timely deliveries to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Delivery

• Safely operate Class 4 vehicles (14ft, 24ft trucks) to transport goods between designated locations.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing and handling of materials to prevent damage.
• Follow designated routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure delivery documents are properly signed, collected, and submitted after each trip.

2. Compliance & Safety

• Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Maintain valid MSD clearance and comply with all port entry requirements and security protocols.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections (pre-trip and post-trip) and report any issues immediately.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs promptly.

3. Communication & Coordination

• Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse teams, and customers regarding delivery schedules and instructions.
• Provide regular status updates on delivery progress and report any delays or incidents promptly.
• Handle goods and customer property with care and professionalism.

4. Documentation & Records

• Accurately complete trip logs, delivery records, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance checklists.
• Assist with basic paperwork related to deliveries, including PODs (Proof of Delivery) and manifests.

Requirements

• Valid Class 4 Singapore Driving License
• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience in logistics, transportation, or delivery operations
• Strong knowledge of Singapore road networks, traffic regulations, and safety practices
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Good attitude, team player, and strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience driving within port areas or handling container freight
• Familiarity with GPS devices, route planning, and logistics documentation
• Forklift license or warehouse experience (an advantage but not mandatory)

Job Description

The Shipping Executive is responsible for managing the full spectrum of export shipping operations, including vessel booking, export documentation, customs declaration, port coordination, and L/C negotiation. The role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant shipment processing while supporting the company’s logistics and customer delivery needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Sales team on customer orders, shipment requirements, lead times, and delivery commitments.
• Verify all shipping instructions and review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms (if applicable) to ensure all documentation requirements are met before shipment.
• Arrange vessel bookings (VSL booking) directly with carriers or through freight forwarders.
• Request, compare, and evaluate freight quotations for cost efficiency.
• Monitor vessel schedules, port cut-off times, schedule changes, delays, and rollovers.
• Coordinate cargo readiness, weighing, documentation, and cut-off times.
• Prepare full set of export shipping documents, such as: Packing List, Delivery Order, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin (COO), Bill of Lading / Air Waybill instructions.
• Ensure document accuracy and compliance with customer requirements, Incoterms, HS codes, and shipping instructions.
• Verify and prepare documents in accordance with L/C terms to avoid discrepancies.
• Submit export declarations through TradeNet or liaise with appointed customs brokers.
• Prepare and submit advance manifests and shipping instructions (SI) within carrier deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with customs, port authority, and destination country requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of all export declarations through TradeNet / customs brokers.
• Coordinate with Jurong Port (JP) or PSA for loading/unloading operations.
• Liaise with customers on export shipping requirements, such as Incoterms, HS codes, packing specifications, and special declarations.
• Liaise with warehouse teams for stuffing/unstuffing schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales team for customer orders and export requirements.
• Provide delivery schedules, shipment status, ETA updates.
• Verify documents required under L/C terms and prepare compliant documents.
• Submit full document set to bank for L/C negotiation.
• Follow up on acceptance, payment, and resolve any L/C discrepancies.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies, document errors, or operational issues.
• To undertake as hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or equivalent.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics in export/import operations.
• Good understanding of Incoterms, HS Codes, freight processes.
• Knowledge of TradeNet, Enterprise SG/COO, JP/PSA processes, or customs clearance is an advantage.
• Familiar with shipping documents (invoice, PL, BL, COO, FTA rules of origin).

The Import Customer Service Manager supports the leadership of the Airfreight Customer Service team, ensuring smooth end-to-end import customer service operations. The role also involves effective stakeholder management, coordinating with internal departments, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Leading, coaching, and supporting the Airfreight Import Customer Service team, ensuring staff manage end-to-end import processes efficiently.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor daily import activities, including shipment documentation, coordination with carriers, customs compliance, billing, and job closure. Ensure adherence to established processes and service standards.
