Job Description

You will support Operations team in performing commercial related matters not limited to the followings:

• You will manage all aspects of the commercial process for chosen projects, from the first point of contact to the point of sales closure. The projects will be selected based on the magnitude of revenue, type of clientele, or kind of project.
• You enter orders after engineering handed the material list.
• Ensure that you record and monitor sales in line with agreed processes.
• You make sure that the delivery of purchased products is prompt and that they are documented in Discos (Company’s Internal System).

Main Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Singapore GST regulations (IRAS compliance)
• Experience handling overseas and multi-currency transactions
• Strong credit control and receivables management experience
• Familiar with freight documents (BL, AWB, DO, NOA)

Job Purpose:

The Accounts Manager is the main interface between the Company and our partner community. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and reliable material supply to Production while optimizing inventory performance and supplier delivery. This role plays a key part in driving supply chain stability, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional alignment within a low‑volume, high‑mix manufacturing environment.
