Job Description:

• To fetch clients safely to/from their home to Centre and vice versa and ensuring their safety.
• Support the Centre operations in transport requests such as client transfers and general dispatch work.
• Coordinate with Centre Manager in planning transport request services as well as transport route in general dispatch work.
• Ensure the vehicle is in good working and clean condition at all times using the vehicle checklist on a regular basis.
• Conduct general maintenance, repair and upkeep of equipment, gadgets and instrument.
• Prepare and arrange rooms in the Centre for different functions.
• Report to the Centre Manager of any equipment malfunction or breakdown.
• Assist the Centre Manager in assets movement and labelling of assets.
• Assist in inventory management e.g. receiving stocks, weekly distribution of supplies.
• Update the Centre Manager on stock level and replenishment where required.
• Cover the reception duties of the Admin Assistant in his/her absence.
• Participate as member of the Centre’s Fire Safety Committee.
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the Centre Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary school education or equivalent.
• Two rotating shifts.
• Morning shift - 7am to 4.30pm (general timing)
• Afternoon shift - 10.30am to 8pm (general timing)

The Operations Assistant, Air Freight Export Billing is responsible for supporting the air export freight forwarding operations by ensuring accurate shipment billing, timely invoice processing, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Billing & Invoice Management

• Update shipment costs accurately in CW1/Tango.
• Ensure timely invoicing of shipments in accordance with company KPIs.
• Verify vendor and intercompany invoices and raise disputes for discrepancies when required.
• Investigate and resolve invoice-related queries and disputes promptly.
• Process Profit Share transactions and coordinate with overseas offices on related matters.

Operations & Customer Service

• Coordinate and communicate invoice-related information with customers, overseas offices, subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, and freight forwarders.
• Manage email correspondence and follow up on outstanding matters in a timely manner.
• Adhere to customer-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for assigned customer accounts.
• Ensure monthly reports are completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.

Compliance & Process Management

• Escalate operational issues and processing delays to the reporting manager when necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
