Job Description

Operations

• Manage and update freight pricing data and cost records
• Maintain freight and customs duty parameters within SAP
• Validate freight invoices against shipment records and agreed commercial terms
• Monitor, reconcile, and report outstanding freight accruals on a monthly basis in coordination with Finance
• Raise and track purchase requests in SAP through to successful payment

Role Summary  

The primary responsibility of the Supply Chain Analyst, APAC role is to effectively and efficiently work with relevant stakeholders on operational, implementation and process improvement know-how,covering from sourcing and procurement, international shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, domestic distribution to payment in APAC. This position is based in Singapore.

In this role, you will… 

• Be a control tower to provide data and performing ad hoc analysis request

• Support compiling the necessary supply chain information for issuing RFQ to 3PLs

In this role, you’ll need …

Overview:

We are hiring for a Supply Planning Specialist to support end-to-end supply planning, with a strong focus on TikTok and Shopify channels, while providing procurement support across our global matcha business. The role involves close coordination with suppliers in China and Japan, as well as cross-functional internal teams, to ensure the timely sourcing of matcha, packaging materials, and accessories. Its core objective is to drive optimal matcha procurement decisions and provide timely communication on inbound shipments to external stakeholders, maintaining consistent stock availability across all markets.

Role Description

· Forecast the amount of matcha to procure on Tiktok and Shopify and assist in the monthly procurement process of ordering of matcha based on historical sales data

· Maintain accurate matcha accessories inventory and packaging components inventory from service providers in China and matcha supply from suppliers in Japan

· Procurement of matcha accessories (e.g., whisks, spoons) and components (e.g., cans, stickers, labels, sachets) from China to Singapore and USA

· Track and update inbound shipment statuses from various suppliers to 3rd party warehouse service providers

· Support the Supply Planning Associate in maintaining and coordinating supplier relationships in Japan, including follow-ups on supply planning and procurement matters

· Work with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate supplier invoice matching to price of raw materials

· Work with the e-commerce team to support improvements in supply chain reporting, procurement tracking, and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA / BBM), Supply Chain, or related discipline
