Job Scope:
Science Lab:

1. General cleaning of labs (mainly wiping of benches, keep walkways and work areas clutter-free and clean, disposal of rubbish bins in the labs)
2. Clean and maintain science laboratory apparatus, equipment and materials
3. To do simple preparation based on the instructions of STEM instructors (SI) such as cutting litmus papers, laying out and keeping of apparatus.
4. For Preliminary Examinations, to also assist SIs to do simple preparation.
5. Do general cleaning of laboratories to prepare for the start of the new school term.

Operations: (06.45am to 12pm)

1. Responsible for the cleanliness of classrooms, special rooms, staff rooms, school commonareas and General Office.

2. Supporting school to providelogistic support for special events and daily activities, ensuring thevenue/room is properly set up in advance.

3. Attend to logistics formeetings and events (setting up and clearing up of venue).

4. Responsiblefor the security of classrooms, offices and common areas in the school by locking and unlocking doors, windows and shutters.

5. Assist the Operations Manager in basic facilities management and maintenance. Conductregular checks on facilities, escorting of Term Contractors, Pest Controllers and reporting faults to the Operation Manager.

6. Daily Checking of areas under their charge to ensure areas are well maintained.

7. Any other duties assigned by School Leaders/Operational Managers/Admin Managers.

*Please note that the school is 4-storey high, with no lift facility.

Requirements:

• Preferably a PSLE certification
• Has prior experience of operational work or school laboratory in schools.
• Good communication and written skills

Work with business unit marketing and IC design teams to select the optimum package solution on cost, performance, manufacturability, and reliability for new advanced silicon node products (5nm, 3nm, 2nm and beyond)

• Work with IC design, system design, package SI/PI & thermal engineering teams to design custom packages

• Ensure designed packages meet CPI, SI/PI, and stringent thermal requirements (1000sW+) of advanced node cutting edge silicon products

• Research, develop, and productize new materials such as TIM, build-up-film, underfill etc. in support advanced node silicon (5nm & 3/2nm) POR definition

• Manage IC packaging activity from concept through development, qualification and high volume production

• Be a specialist and able to define assembly BOM, process, troubleshoot, support on packaging issues on new advanced technology

• Implement, fine-tune, and productize newly developed technologies into HVM

• Create package design documentation and assembly instructions

• Work close with QA and customers to resolve quality issues

• Interface with packaging assembly and substrate suppliers for new product bring-up, qualification and production ramp

• Interface with other operations functional groups such as product engineering, foundry, test, and QA

• Participate in package technology development and/or other business productivity projects which have broad team impact (e.g. assembly process enhancement, new TIM material development etc.)

• Interface with tier #1 external customers for custom ASIC programs or as needed for development support, quality and/or other issue resolution

• Support NPI bring-up, pkg qual, and sustain support in production + multi-source activities for capacity, cost, & manufacturing flexibility needs

Job Requirements

• Education: BS/MS/PHD in STEM/Material Science/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

• Experience: BS +8 years of experience or MS +6 years of experience or PhD + 3 years of experience is required

• Deep understanding of signal integrity and power integrity concepts such as characteristic impedance, s-parameters (RL, IL, FEXT/NEXT etc.), power plane impedance profile requirements and optimization etc.

• Strong authority on Cadence APD for custom substrate design

• Hands-on expertise of advanced and new assembly processes for flipchip, MCM packages, and 2.5D for advanced node silicon products (5nm, 3/2nm and beyond)

• Good understanding of materials as related to Chip Packaging Interaction (CPI)

• Familiarity with wafer BEOL as related to CPI (top metal, AP, passivation, UBM, bumping etc.)

• Knowledge of advanced substrate manufacturing/process is a must (e.g. SAP/mSAP, PSPI w/ Cu RDL etc.)

• In depth knowledge of failure analysis techniques on advanced node silicon (5nm, 3/2nm etc.) products with ELK and MiM structures

• Conceptual knowledge of package cost structure

• Strong project management, communication and leadership skills

• Must have knowledge of GD&T and be able to read/comprehend mechanical drawings

• Good understanding of manufacturing and quality engineering fundamentals (DOE, process capability indices, etc.)

• Job requirements are broad; the candidate must be able to expand and grow in multiple disciplines (manufacturing/quality, materials, electrical, thermal, and mechanical)

• Track record of innovation and subject matter expertise through journal publications and/or patent awards is desired

• Familiarity with advanced technologies such as 2.5D, 3DIC, glass substrate etc.

The Opportunity:

Acts in an actuarial capacity, performing duties which are of a mathematical and/or financial nature in order to provide highly accurate data and analyses for use by Actuaries in the evaluation of loss reserves. Looking for a highly motivated individual who is willing to learn, collaborates well with team members and works independently. The role reports to the Chief Reserving Actuary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in evaluating insurance technical liabilities on a quarterly basis for management and regulatory reporting as well as formal submission of actuarial investigation report and actuarial-focused returns for financial year-ends. This includes but not limited to performing data validation, compiling & categorizing data, conducting analyses & experience investigations and verifying factors and assumptions used in computations to ensure robust output.
• Participate in the evaluation, review and make recommendations on improvements of reserving processes (including automations) and standards that are consistent with internal Zurich actuarial policies and guidance and, where relevant, compliant with Group, Regional, and Local regulatory policies.
• Support in loss ratio planning and forecasting.
• Contribute to performance monitoring meetings in understanding of results, providing insights on trends & developments and communicate key uncertainties & issues.
• Support in assessing the company’s financial condition (i.e. solvency assessment, annual ORSA & IWST process), and under such economic & business conditions as regulator may specify.
• Proactively identify professional development and inculcate a sense of team spirit, teamwork and inter-team collaboration.
• Support Finance, Underwriting, Pricing, Claims, Risk and other functions on reserving, business initiative & projects and strategic business decisions as relevant.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field is usually required.
• Professional qualifications such as the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) or Society of Actuaries (SOA) or Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) can also be beneficial in advancing your career as a Valuation Actuarial Support Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as proficiency in statistical analysis software such as Excel including VBA, RStudio,and Power BI.
• Good communication skills are important to explain complex actuarial concepts to non-actuarial stakeholders.
• Previous work experience in an actuarial role is highly desirable.

We are seeking a committed Full-Time Science Tutor to teach and support students across IB and IGCSE curricula. The tutor will deliver engaging instruction in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, helping students strengthen scientific understanding, inquiry skills, and exam readiness.
